Refund and return policy
1. Items returned within 15 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, color doesn't match the description, please feel free to cantact us,or send an email to this email address with your order number entitled:firstname.lastname@example.org. our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information.
2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sellrefurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the product is intact and the LACE has not been cut.
3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original paymentaccount.
4. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund with a way both are satisfied.
5. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
6. After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

Delivery on the way:
1.Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local USPS/ DHL / FedEx to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method. For visa or principal payments, the refund will be returned to your account within 7 to 15 working days. For PayPal, the refund will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 business days.
In some cases, only partial refunds (if applicable) are provided for any items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts, and are not due to our error. Any item will be returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all of these actions but have not received a refund, please contact us at email@example.com
